Installing the App
On your mobile device, go to the Apple Store or Android Google Play and download the app. From there you are brought to a screen to register and login. Enter in your email, first name, last name, and mobile phone number. Please use the name and phone number that we would have on file for you so that it will properly find your existing guest record.
Select the activity to sign up for, input how many adults and children, and book. From there you will be added to the list. If the event you are signing up for costs money to attend, the charge will go towards your room and payment will be due at check-out. If you are attending the event and are not a guest, payment will be due at the time of the activity.
The best part of the app, after signing up for activities, making tee times or spa appointments, you can view an itinerary during your stay under “My Agenda.” This will help organize your vacation, so you can spend more time making memories.
Book your tee times on the mobile app. Select the date, time, and the number of players. Tee times may only be booked up to four weeks in advance.
This is the NEW, live resort activity schedule. This easy-to-read schedule showcases everything from activities, spa hours, pool facility hours, dining hours, and more. The activity calendar is continuously evolving; if there is a change in timing, this will automatically update.
View stay information and invite others staying with you to have access so that they can schedule activities as well.
Wine & Dine
View descriptions of our restaurants and make reservations for dinner. This tool makes it simple to get your reservation in. Click “Make a Reservation” and select the date. From there, the app shows how many spots are remaining at each time slot. If there isn’t an opening during the time that you had hoped for, you can always call our concierge to see if there is anything we can do to accommodate you and your group. Let us know if you have a special celebration, birthday, or anniversary by typing it in under “requests.”
Use this as your proof to access Grand View guest-only facilities and activities; and charge to your room.
The app will show current promotions that the resort has published. From spa discounts and offers to events and more, you will be able to see firsthand and get notified when something new has been added.

GVL Housekeeping (lower right icon)
This is a 24/7 automated concierge service that allows our guests to submit housekeeping requests from the convenience of their phone. From requesting more pillows and towels to silverware and more, this tool will send messages to our staff to help improve your stay.
